    I. Application Conditions

    (1) Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

    (2) to abide by the Constitution and laws;

    (3) having good morals;

    (5) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

    (6) Recruitment conditions and other conditions that meet the requirements for recruitment positions.     (7) Persons in any of the following circumstances shall not apply for examinations:

    2. Active duty soldiers;

    The qualifications, such as the household registration, work experience, service period, active duty, dismissal, working life, and penalty period, are calculated on January 8, 2020 as the deadline, and the years are accumulated based on the full year and full month. . Within 2 days from the date of the candidate's application for registration, the qualification review staff submits review opinions (immediate review opinions are submitted on-site registration). If the application fails to pass the qualification examination within the registration period, the qualification reviewer should explain the reasons, and if they meet the requirements for other positions, they can change to other positions.     (3) Proportion of examinations. When the ratio between the number of job recruitment plans and the number of people who passed the qualification examination reaches 1: 8, a written examination will be organized by Wuxuan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Wuxuan County Education and Sports Bureau, and the interview qualification will be determined according to the score of 1: 3 from high to low. For candidates, if the ratio between the number of job applicants and the number of people who passed the qualification examination is less than 1: 8, the examination will be started according to the actual number of people who have passed the examination.

    Examination

    (1) The recruitment was conducted by "direct interview".

    (2) Determine the list of candidates for interview qualification review.

    Candidates who take the on-site registration method after submitting materials will confirm on the spot whether they are eligible to take the test. Candidates for online registration will be screened from January 8 to 14, 2020, from 8:30 to 12:00, and from 15:00 to 18:00. .

    (3) Determine candidates for interview.

    (4) Content and form of the interview.

    4. Organization and management of interviews.

    It will be organized and implemented by Wuxuan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau together with Wuxuan County Education and Sports Bureau. The interviewer was composed of 7 experts from Wuxuan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wuxuan County Education and Sports Bureau and foreign units.     5. The time and place of the interview. The interview time and place will be notified by the Wuxuan County Education and Sports Bureau in writing or by telephone.

    6. Interview results announced.

    Interview scores are 100 out of 60, with a pass of 60. Interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview for each recruitment position. After the interview on that day, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wuxuan County and the Education and Sports Bureau of Wuxuan County announced the interview results and job rankings of all candidates in the work area of the unit. If the interview does not reach the ratio of 1: 3, the candidate's score in this position must be above 70 to qualify. Candidates who do not achieve a score of 70 or more are canceled for this position.

    7. The results of this recruitment interview are comprehensive results. Those who fail the interview results shall not be determined as candidates for assessment and physical examination.

    8. The interview organization and implementation department shall record the entire process of the interview process in the interview test room, and keep the video data for more than one year for review.

    4. Assessment, physical examination and publicity

    Recruitment units determine the candidates for assessment and physical examination according to the 1: 1 ratio of the number of planned recruits and candidates for physical examination and assessment, from high scores to low scores.

    (A) assessment. The recruiting unit and its competent department or human and social department set up an assessment team composed of more than two people, in accordance with the "Recruitment (hiring) assessment of civil servants and staff of public institutions in the municipality of Laibin City (trial)" (Lai Zhengren [2007] No. 40) of the relevant provisions, the assessment of the assessment object.

    (3) Publicity. According to the candidates' interview results, assessments and physical examinations, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wuxuan County will make the announcement on the Guest Talent Network.     The hiring unit shall sign the Employment Contract for Institutional Personnel with the employees for a period of not less than 5 years. A probation period may be agreed upon when signing an employment contract, and the probation period is included in the term of the employment contract. If the employment contract between the first-time employee and the institution is more than 5 years, the probation period is 12 months. The trial period can only be agreed once. Wages and benefits during the probation period shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations of the state and the autonomous region. Those who pass the evaluation after the probation period are hired; those who fail the test are dismissed.

    Strengthen leadership and discipline

    (1) Recruitment units and competent departments must implement the principles of "openness, fairness, impartiality" and "competition, merit selection", and effectively strengthen the leadership of recruitment, carefully organize, plan carefully, and cooperate closely to ensure that the recruitment process is orderly Carry out.

    (2) Implement the avoidance system. Those who have husband and wife relationship, direct blood relationship, close blood relationship within three generations, close marriage relationship with the person in charge of the recruitment unit shall not be employed in the position of secretary, personnel, finance, disciplinary inspection of the unit, and positions with direct leadership relationship jobs. In the process of open recruitment, personnel involved in open recruitment should avoid it if they have the above-mentioned kinship relationship with themselves or otherwise may affect the fairness of recruitment.

    (3) Recruitment units, recruitment staff and applicants who have violated disciplines and rules during open recruitment shall be dealt with in accordance with the "Provisions on Handling Violations of Disciplines and Institutions in Public Institutions" (Order of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security No. 35).

    (4) The applicants who have the following dishonesty behaviors shall be recorded in the integrity file for reference during the inspection of the recruiting unit.

    1. After the interview eligibility review notice is issued, candidates who enter the interview eligibility review process and abandon the interview eligibility will be disqualified from the exam.

    2. After the announcement of the interview, applicants who have given up after entering the interview qualification review, interview, physical examination, and assessment, and provided a written application for abandonment in a timely manner within 2 days after receiving the notice, are credited to the integrity archives, and the retention period is half a year; cumulative 2 If the above situation occurs again, it will be credited to the credit archives and the retention period is 1 year; if no written waiver application is provided within 2 days after receiving the notice, it will be credited to the credit archives and the retention period is 2 years.

    4. Candidates who fail to report due to overdue employment after being hired as a staff member of a public institution, and those who have given up during the probation period shall be recorded in the integrity archives, and the retention period is 5 years.
