    In order to further optimize the teaching team, continuously improve the overall quality of the teaching team, and speed up the development of education in our district, after research, it was decided to openly recruit 193 public school teachers for the society. The related matters are announced as follows:

    I. Recruitment units, positions and numbers

    Please refer to the "Job Profile Form" (see attachment) for details of recruitment positions and related requirements.

    Recruitment target

    Recruitment for the society, including fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2020 (requires academic qualifications, degree certificates, teacher qualification certificates before August 31, 2020).

    Application conditions

    (1) Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

    (2) abide by the Constitution and laws and have good conduct;

    (3) Physical conditions for performing duties normally;

    (4) Other qualifications and conditions required for recruitment positions (please refer to "Job Profile Form").

    (5) No one may apply for the examination under any of the following circumstances:

    1.Active soldiers;

    2.The full-time ordinary colleges and universities that are studying are not fresh graduates in 2020;

    3. Those who are undergoing disciplinary review, supervision or investigation, or who are under investigation for suspected illegal crimes, or who have been exempted from criminal punishment for breaking the criminal law, or who have received criminal punishment or reeducation through labor for crimes;

    4, have been expelled from public office, party membership, group membership, higher education;

    5.Dismissed by government agencies and institutions for less than 5 years;

    6. Those who have not been punished for more than 3 years, such as those who have been degraded, demoted, removed, retained (remaining at the party, or stayed at the school), have been punished for less than 3 years, or have not been satisfied during the punishment period;

    7. The annual assessments of staff of institutions and institutions in 2019 are incompetent (unqualified) grades, or the 2018 and 2019 annual assessments are all basic competent (basically qualified) grades;

    8.     Fourth, recruitment procedures and methods

    The open recruitment process is implemented in accordance with the steps of publishing recruitment items, online registration and preliminary qualification review, written examination, qualification review, interview, professional skills test, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment filing.

    (I) Announcement of Recruitment

    In accordance with the principle of "advance notification, openness and transparency", before the registration, the recruitment information will be announced to the society through the website of Sucheng Online.

    (II) Online Registration and Preliminary Qualification

    The registration, photo uploading, preliminary qualification review, and payment confirmation of the open recruitment are all conducted through the Internet. The district's education bureau is responsible for organizing and accepting applications for registration and preliminary qualification.

    1. Online registration. 。 Registration and photo uploading time: 9:00 on January 14, 2020 and 6:00 on January 21, 2020 . Registration website: Suzhou City Online (http://www.sqsc.gov.cn/). Applicants (hereinafter referred to as candidates) who encounter technical problems during online registration can consult the Municipal Examination and Appraisal Center (0527—84353881).

    2. Preliminary qualification. Qualification preliminary examination time: 9:00 on January 14, 2020 to 6:00 on January 22, 2020. Candidates who encounter problems during the preliminary qualification examination can contact the District Education Bureau at telephone number 0527—82960305.

    3. Payment confirmation. Candidates pay fees after passing the preliminary qualification examination and photo verification. When paying the fees, they must use the bank card with online payment function to pay the written test fee online. After confirming the payment, the party is deemed to be registered online through the post. Payment time: 9:00 on January 14, 2020 and 12:00 on January 23, 2020.

    4, matters needing attention. Candidates should pay attention to the following matters during registration and preliminary qualification examination:

    (3) District Education Bureau conducts preliminary qualification examination based on the information provided by the candidates. Candidates can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination within 24 hours after submitting the registration information online.

    (4) Candidates can only use one of the second-generation ID cards within the validity period to select a position for registration. The registration must be consistent with the valid resident ID card used in the exam, otherwise the eligibility for the exam will be cancelled. During the registration period, if the qualification examination fails, it may be reported to other qualified posts.

    (5) After the registration is completed, for those positions whose registration number does not reach the test opening proportion, the corresponding reduction will be reduced until the recruitment plan is cancelled.     (6) Candidates who fail to pay fees are deemed to have failed the registration.

    (Three) written test

    The written test is jointly organized and implemented by the District Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau and the District Education Bureau.

    1. Written test time. 9: 00-11: 00, February 8, 2020.

    2. Written test content. The content of the exam is professional knowledge and education laws and regulations, pedagogy, psychology, and teacher ethics.

    3. Place of written test. See admission ticket.

    4, written test pass line. Candidates who pass the written test with a score of not less than 60% of the written test are considered eligible. Otherwise, their eligibility to enter the next stage of the program will be disqualified.

    5. Query of written test results. Written test results are announced on Suzhou City Online (http://www.sqsc.gov.cn/).

    (IV) Qualification review

    After the written test is completed, candidates are selected to participate in the interview (professional skills test) based on the candidate's written test results from high to low scores at a rate of 3 times the number of job recruitment plans. If the ratio of the number of people participating in the interview (professional skills test) to the number of recruitment plans is less than 3: 1, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people (professional skills test). Before the interview (professional skills test), the district education bureau will organize the qualification review. The specific time and place are subject to the notice of the District Education Bureau.

    During the qualification review, candidates must provide all valid credentials and materials that meet the requirements of the application requirements listed in this brochure and the “Job Profile Form”. including but not limited to:

    (1) New graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2020 must provide ID cards, student IDs, the "Recommendation Form for Graduates' Two-way Employment Selection" or "Employment Agreement for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the host institution, and meet the "Job Profile Form" 》 Other supporting materials for the conditions listed. Among them: graduates from subcontracting, directing, and co-sponsoring organizations must also provide a certificate of consent for examinations issued by subcontracting, directing, and co-organizations, and the consent of the host institution.

    (2) Social personnel (including in-service personnel) are required to provide ID cards, academic qualifications, degree certificates, and other certification materials that meet the conditions listed in the Job Profile Form. Those who are employed at the time of application but have resigned before the qualification review shall provide a valid and valid "Certificate of Termination of Employment (Labor) Contract".     (3) All applicants are also required to provide a teacher qualification certificate or a certificate of qualification for primary and secondary school teacher qualification examinations, as well as other certification materials that meet the conditions listed in the Job Profile Form.     The various certificates and certification materials provided by the candidates must prove that they can meet the conditions required by this brochure and the "Job Profile Form", and must not falsify. All materials need to provide the original and a set of copies for review by the district education bureau.

    (6) Replenishment rules. After the district education bureau conducted an on-site review and found that the materials submitted by the candidates did not meet the requirements of this brochure and the "Job Profile Form", the district education bureau notified the results of the qualification review on the spot. At the same time, candidates who apply for the same post can be replenished according to the ranking results from high to low, and each post can be filled up to two times. According to regulations, the deadline for replenishment will be stipulated at that time.

    (7) Determine the interview candidates. After the qualification review is completed, the District Education Bureau will submit the list of candidates and relevant materials to be interviewed to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record.

    (8) Interview payment. Candidates who have passed the qualification review will pay an interview fee of 100 yuan per person when they receive the "Interview (Professional Skills Test) Notification".

    (V) Interview

    The interview is organized and implemented by the District Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau and the District Education Bureau. The interview time and place are subject to the "Interview (Professional Skills Test) Notice".

    (1) Interview form. The interview is in the form of a lecture and the time is 15 minutes. Candidates participating in the lectures will enter the preparation room in the order of drawing and prepare for the lesson according to the unified teaching content. The time is 60 minutes.

    (2) Interview pass line. Interviews are conducted on a 100-point scale. Candidates must pass the interview with a score of 60, otherwise they will be disqualified from entering the next stage of the process. Candidates are informed on the spot of the interview results.

    For positions that require professional skills testing, candidates who pass the interview immediately enter the professional skills testing stage. After the interview, if the ratio of the number of candidates who pass the interview and enters the stage of professional skills test to the number of recruitment plans is less than 3: 1, the professional skills test will be conducted according to the actual number of participants.

    (VI) Professional Skills Test

    The professional skills test is organized and implemented by the District Human and Social Affairs Bureau and the District Education Bureau.

    Music and other positions must be tested for professional skills. For the test content, please refer to the “Job Profile Form”. For the test time and place, see the “Interview (Professional Skills Test) Notice”. Candidates with a score of not less than 60% of the total score of the professional skills test are qualified, otherwise they will be eliminated. Candidates are informed on the spot of the professional skills test results.

    After the interview (professional skills test) is completed, the total score of the candidates is calculated on the basis of a percentage of 50% on the written test results and 50% on the interview results. For candidates applying for professional skills test positions, the total score of candidates is calculated on the basis of a percentage of 30% in written test results, 30% in interview results, and 40% in professional skills tests.

    (Seven) physical examination

    According to the order of the candidate's total score from high to low (if the total score is the same, according to the interview score; if the interview score is also the same, according to the professional skills test score; still the same, organize another test to determine), determine the candidates for the medical examination according to the ratio of 1: 1 , And announced the list of medical examination personnel on Suzhou Online (http://www.sqsc.gov.cn/).

    The physical examination work is organized by the District Education Bureau. The physical examination time will be notified separately. The medical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Medical Examinations for Civil Servants (Trial). The examination fee shall be borne by the candidates.

    (Eight) investigation

    The qualified medical personnel will be inspected by the District Education Bureau. The inspection was carried out with reference to the "Implementation Rules for the Assessment of the Recruitment of National Civil Servants of Jiangsu Province" (2020 edition), and the personal credit status and record of violations of the subjects were included in the scope of the inspection. Before the end of the inspection, candidates who are in-service personnel must provide proof of no economic problems issued by the original unit. The qualified personnel for the inspection are the personnel to be hired.

    (9) Publicity and employment filing

    After the inspection, the District Education Bureau will submit the list of personnel to be hired to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record. The list of personnel to be hired will be published by the District Education Bureau on the website of Suzhou City (http://www.sqsc.gov.cn/) for 7 working days.

    If the employed social worker has signed a labor (hiring) contract or various agreements with the original work unit, I shall be responsible for handling it.

    In the period of physical examination, inspection, and publicity, if there are any shortages due to various reasons, the district education bureau will replenish the candidates in this post according to the total score of the candidate from high to low, and each post will be replenished up to two times. After the employment is filed, the vacancy due to various reasons will not be replaced.

    After the public announcement, there are no objections to the procedures for hiring public institution staff and signing the "Agency Staff Contract of Jiangsu Province." The minimum service period of the staff is 5 years. No transfer or loan can be handled during the service period. The resigned personnel shall be liable for breach of contract. The probation period is implemented in accordance with national regulations. If the probation fails, the employment contract is terminated.

    V. Discipline and Supervision
