    ① For a group of fire pumps, the number of suction pipes should not be less than two. When one of them is damaged or overhauled, the remaining suction pipes should still be able to pass through the entire fire water supply design flow.

    ② The suction pipe of the fire pump should be arranged to avoid the formation of air bags.

    ③ The submersion depth of the fire pump suction inlet should meet the safety requirements of the fire pump operation at the lowest water level. The submersion depth of the suction pipe bell mouth at the lowest effective water level of the fire fighting pool should not be less than 600mm. Should be less than 200mm.

    ④ When the suction pipe of the fire pump passes through the fire water tank, a flexible sleeve shall be used. When a steel waterproof sleeve is used, a flexible joint shall be provided on the pump suction pipe, and the pipe diameter shall not be greater than DN150mm.

    ⑤ The suction pipe of the fire pump should be equipped with a bright-stem gate valve or a butterfly valve with a self-locking device. When a dark-stem valve is installed, an opening scale and a mark should be provided. When the pipe diameter exceeds DN300, an electric valve should be installed.

    ⑥ When the diameter of the suction pipe is less than DN250, the velocity should be 1.0 ~ 1.2m / s; when the diameter is greater than DN250, it should be 1.2 ~ 1.6m / s.

    ① A group of fire pumps shall be provided with no less than two water mains connected to the fire water supply ring network. When one of the water pipes is overhauled, the remaining water pipes shall still be able to supply the entire fire water supply design flow.

    ② A test water pipe of DN65 mm shall be set on the outlet pipe of each fire water pump, and drainage measures shall be taken. A set of fire pumps should be equipped with flow and pressure test devices in the fire pump room, and should meet the following requirements: When the flow rate of a single fire pump is not greater than 20 L / s and the design working pressure is not greater than 0.5 MPa, the pump set should be reserved Measurement flowmeter and pressure gauge interface, other pump sets should be equipped with pump set flow and pressure test devices. The measurement accuracy of the fire pump flow detection device should be 0.4, and 75% of the maximum range should be greater than 175% of the design flow value of the largest fire pump. The measurement accuracy of the fire pump pressure detection device should be 0.5, and 75% of the maximum range should be greater than 165% of the design value of the largest fire pump.

    ③ The outlet pipe of the fire water pump should be provided with check valve and open gate valve; when butterfly valve is used, it should be equipped with self-locking device; when the pipe diameter is greater than DN300mm, electric valve should be installed.

    ④ When the diameter of the outlet pipe is less than DN250, the velocity should be 1.5 ~ 2.0m / s; when the diameter is larger than DN250, it should be 2.0 ~ 2.5m / s. )

    ⑤ Silencer check valve, control valve and pressure gauge should be installed on the fire water pump outlet pipe; pressure gauge and pressure switch should also be installed on the main outlet pipe of the system; buffer devices should be installed when installing the pressure gauge. A cock should be installed between the pressure gauge and the buffer device; when there is no design requirement for the pressure gauge range, it should be 2 to 2.5 times the working pressure of the system. The diameter of the pressure gauge should not be less than 100 mm, and a pipe with a diameter of not less than 6 mm should be connected to the inlet and outlet pipes of the fire pump, and a shut-off valve should be provided.

    ⑥ The maximum range of the pressure gauge of the water pipe of the fire pump should not be less than twice its design working pressure, and should not be less than 1.6 MPa.
