    【Abstract】 We have ushered in 2020. Candidates preparing for the first half of 2020, how are you preparing for the exam now?     Including the somatic nervous system and the autonomic nervous system composed of brain and spinal nerves;

    The 12 pairs of brain nerves are the olfactory nerve, optic nerve, oculomotor nerve, pulley nerve, trigeminal nerve, abductor nerve, facial nerve, audible nerve, glossopharyngeal nerve, vagus nerve, accessory nerve, and hypoglossal nerve. There are sensations, such as the olfactory nerve, the olfactory nerve and the optic nerve that are responsible for vision; the auditory nerve that is responsible for the sense of balance between hearing and the body. Those with movements, such as the oculomotor, pulley, and abductor nerves that are responsible for eye movement; the secondary nerves that are responsible for movement of the pharynx and shoulder; and the hypoglossal nerve that is responsible for tongue muscle movement. There are also mixed nerves that have both sensory and motor functions, such as the trigeminal nerve that senses and moves the face, teeth, nasal cavity, cornea, scalp, lips, and chewing muscles; the facial nerve that controls facial muscle movement and partial taste, and controls tears and saliva secretion ; Glossopharyngeal nerve that is responsible for taste, pharynx muscle movement and salivary gland secretion, and vagus nerve that regulates viscera, blood vessels and glands.

    The 31 pairs of spinal nerves are issued from the intervertebral foramen on both sides of the spine, divided into anterior and posterior branches, which are responsible for the feeling and movement of relevant parts of the body below the neck. Including 8 pairs of cervical nerves, 12 pairs of thoracic nerves, 5 pairs of lumbar nerves, 5 pairs of sacral nerves and 1 pair of tail nerves. The spinal nerve always descends from the spinal cord, so any section of the spinal cord is damaged, and the sensations and dominated movements caused by the nerves below this section will be damaged.

    In the brain and spinal nerves, there are fibers that govern the movement of internal organs. They are distributed in internal organs such as the heart, blood vessels, respiratory organs, gastrointestinal smooth muscle, and glands. They are called autonomic nerves, or autonomic nerves. According to the central part and morphological characteristics of the autonomic nerve, it can be divided into sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve. Their activities are antagonistic.

    The function of the sympathetic nerve is to awaken the organism and mobilize the energy of the organism; the function of the parasympathetic nerve is to restore or maintain the quiet state of the organism, make the organism store energy, and maintain the functional balance of the organism.

    Autonomic nerves are generally not governed by consciousness. With special training, consciousness or mind can regulate the activity of autonomic nerves to a certain extent. There are obvious physiological changes in people's emotional states. Therefore, the activity of autonomic nerves is closely related to emotions.
