    1.Is there a grade for the exam?

    Registered fire engineers are divided into Level 1 Certified Fire Engineer and Level 2 Certified Fire Engineer.

    At present, the first-level registered fire engineer has taken the exam. The first-class registered fire engineer exam in 2020 is November 7-8.

    Application requirements for Grade I fire engineer

    (1) Obtained a college degree in fire engineering majors, working for 6 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology; or a college degree in fire engineering related majors, working in 7 years, including 5 years in fire safety technology .

    (2) Obtain a bachelor's degree or degree in fire engineering major, working for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology; or a bachelor's degree in fire engineering related specialty, working for 5 years, including fire safety technology work 4 years.

    (3) Graduated with a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate class including a major in fire engineering and has worked for three years, of which, he has worked in fire safety technology for at least two years; , Working for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology.

    (4) Obtaining a master's degree or degree in fire protection engineering, working for 2 years, including 1 year in fire safety technology; or obtaining a master's degree or degree in fire protection related professional, working for 3 years, in which firefighting safety technology work is completed 2 years.

    (5) Having obtained a doctorate degree or degree in fire protection engineering and engaged in fire safety technology for at least one year; or obtained a doctor degree or degree in fire protection related majors and engaged in fire safety technology for 2 years.

    (6) For those who have obtained the corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in other majors, their working years and years of working in fire safety technology will be correspondingly increased by one year.

    Exemption conditions for first-class fire engineer (exempt from one subject)

    Those who meet the registration requirements for the first-level registered fire engineer qualification examination in the "Interim Provisions" and have one of the following conditions can be exempted from the "Fire Safety Technology Practice" subjects and only participate in "Fire Safety Technology Comprehensive Ability" and "Fire Safety Case Analysis" Examinations for 2 subjects.

    Intermediate Firefighting Facilities Operator (Level 4) (one of the following conditions)

    (1) After obtaining the junior vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years, and has constructed (constructed) formal vocational training for intermediate firefighters, reaching the required standard number of hours and obtaining a certificate of completion.

    (2) After obtaining the junior vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 4 years.

    (3) Have been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.

    (4) Obtaining a vocational school (professional) graduation certificate from a vocational school or higher with intermediate skills as the training target, which is verified and confirmed by the labor and social security administrative department.

    4.How about the test subjects and difficulty?

    The registered fire engineer is divided into a registered fire engineer and a registered fire engineer.

    The first-level registered fire engineer examination subjects are three subjects: "Fire Safety Technology Practice", "Fire Safety Technology Comprehensive Ability", and "Fire Safety Case Analysis". Both subjects implement a percentage system, and those with a score of 60 or above are considered eligible.

    In terms of the difficulty of the exam, the registered fire engineer's difficulty factor is much higher. Since the first-level registered fire engineer has had a difficult exam, a wide range of propositions, and a strong professionalism, the pass rate has been very low, and the average pass rate is less than 5 %.

    5. What is the difference between the certificate and the need for continuing education?

    According to the Order of the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China No. 143 "Regulations for the Management of Registered Fire Engineers", personnel who pass the assessment or pass the examination to obtain the qualification certificate for registered fire engineer must register in accordance with the "Regulations for the Management of Registered Fire Engineers" Only when you practise a seal, you can practise in the name of a registered fire engineer. Without registration, no practicing activities shall be carried out in the name of a registered fire engineer. A registered fire engineer shall meet the requirements for continuing education during the validity period of each registration.
